Here’s a recipe for some pancakes that not only will help you skip your candy wishes, as it will help you with calories and complex calories.

Attention! Contains 1 egg and Gluten.


Spelt & Oats Bulking Pancakes

-1 cup of wheat flour20170104_133328

-1 cup of Spelt flour

-2 cups of soy drink

– 1/2 cup of oats

– 1 biologic egg or an vegan substitute

– Sweetner as your taste

Just mix everthing and cooked.
